We Make The Home Energy Evaluation Process Easy
- Call to schedule a site visit
- During the home energy evaluation we perform a comprehensive visual inspection of all of the areas of the home to determine current status of your insulation and provide recommendations to improve your comfort while reducing your utility costs. In some cases, a full energy audit is performed (fees apply unless state incentives are available.)
- Arrange for financing and rebate if applicable.
- All Paperwork handled by Metro NY Insulation.
- Once the contract is signed, the work is scheduled and completed to the highest quality standards.
- Quality inspection is performed to verify the work was performed to specification, the work area was cleaned properly, and no damage was done to your property or belongings. In some cases, a final verification with a blower door diagnostic and/or InfraRed Camera is used to verify our work.
- We offer a 1 year warranty on our workmanship and will gladly come back to your home to inspect if you feel something isn’t to your satisfaction.
